These terms govern access to My Home Jankaari, including public calculators, educational content, registered accounts, paid plans and publishing panels.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use restricted features.
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until unauthorized access is reported and the account is secured.
Calculators, examples, articles and tables provide general planning information. They do not replace site measurement, sanctioned drawings, engineering design, quantity surveying, legal review, safety inspection, manufacturer instructions or advice from a qualified professional.
Results depend on user inputs and general assumptions. You must verify dimensions, units, prices, specifications, codes, permissions, taxes and order quantities before making a purchase or construction decision.
Use the service only for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, overload the service, upload malicious files, reverse engineer security controls, impersonate another person or use the platform to publish unlawful or misleading content.
We may suspend an account when necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or prevent harm. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to clarify the issue.
The Free plan costs ₹0. The Personal plan is displayed at ₹200 per month for one user, and the Company plan at ₹300 per month for multiple users. Final taxes, billing frequency, seat limits, renewal, refunds and payment methods must be shown clearly at checkout when live payments are enabled.
The supplied project records paid-plan selections as pending until a payment gateway is connected. Selecting a plan in the local demonstration does not itself complete a financial transaction.
Authorized users retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality and rights associated with content they submit. By publishing content through the platform, the account holder grants the service the permissions needed to store, display, format, back up and distribute that content through the website.
Editors and administrators must verify facts, sources, image rights and professional-advice boundaries. We may correct, unpublish or remove content that violates these Terms or creates a material risk.
The My Home Jankaari name, visual design, original articles, software and compiled reference material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership.
You may use calculator results for your own planning and ordinary client work, but may not copy the site, republish substantial original content or create a confusingly similar service without permission.
We work to keep the service useful and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, changes in law or force-majeure events may affect access. Features and formulas may be improved when assumptions or standards change.
Important saved work should also be kept in your own project records. The service should not be the sole repository for drawings, approvals or safety-critical information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that a preliminary estimate will match actual consumption, price or project outcome. Liability cannot be excluded where applicable law prohibits exclusion, including certain consumer rights or liability caused by fraud.
You are responsible for losses arising from unlawful use, unauthorized content or violation of another person's rights. Final limitation language should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer for the company's jurisdiction before launch.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Updated Terms will show a revised date, and material changes may require renewed acceptance.
