This policy explains what information My Home Jankaari may collect, why it is used, how it is protected and which choices are available to visitors and registered users.

Information you provide

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, account password in hashed form, contact message, plan selection and content you submit through an authorized publishing panel. If saved-calculation features are enabled, project names, measurements, assumptions and result history may also be stored.

Do not enter sensitive identity, financial, medical or confidential building-security information into a calculator unless a feature specifically requires it and an appropriate privacy notice is shown.

Information generated during use

Servers may record IP address, device and browser details, requested pages, timestamps, error events and security signals. Essential session data is used to keep accounts signed in and protect authenticated requests. Optional analytics should be enabled only according to the visitor's consent choices.

Calculator inputs can remain in the browser for an unsaved public calculation. When a user deliberately saves a result, the applicable project information may be sent to the account service.

How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts, display requested content, answer enquiries, provide saved features, manage subscriptions, protect the service, investigate errors, improve usability and meet legal obligations. We do not use private project information to make structural, lending or insurance decisions.

Backup copies may remain for a limited rotation period before being overwritten. Published articles and their revision history may be retained as business records.
