A complete planning workspace for home construction

My Home Jankaari combines transparent calculators, detailed learning, practical references and secure account tools so a homeowner can move from a rough measurement to a better-informed conversation.

01

Calculators that explain every result

A useful construction calculator should do more than display one number. Every My Home Jankaari tool shows the formula, explains the important assumptions and includes a worked example. The result can therefore be checked against a drawing, supplier quotation or manual calculation instead of being accepted as a mystery answer.

The expanded calculator library covers material quantities, room and roof measurements, construction budgets, rainwater harvesting, rooftop solar, electrical demand, home-loan EMI, water storage, cooling and electricity consumption. Related tools are connected so users can continue through a realistic planning sequence.

02

Six unit systems with automatic conversion

Dimensional inputs are not limited to metres. Choose inches, millimeters, feet, yards, centimeters or meters for every length field. Area and volume fields provide the corresponding square and cubic unit options. A value is converted automatically when the unit changes, so the physical measurement remains the same.

Calculations are normalized to the formula's base unit before the answer is produced. This makes it possible to enter a room in feet, a tile in millimeters and a wall thickness in inches without performing separate conversions on paper.

03

Detailed guides, examples and reference tables

The platform follows a content-first structure. Definitions, formulas, examples, Indian material sizes, wastage guidance, common mistakes, frequently asked questions and related calculators appear around the interactive tool. This helps visitors understand which input belongs in each field and when a standard assumption may not suit their project.

Reference information is presented in readable tables and checklists. Technical claims are kept within clear boundaries: structural, legal, electrical and safety decisions must still be confirmed through approved documents and qualified professionals.

04

Member workspace and project continuity

Registered members can use a personal dashboard designed for organising estimates by project, floor, room or construction stage. Authentication is handled by the PHP backend using hashed passwords and expiring access tokens. The data model is ready for saved calculations, subscriptions and account history.

The Free plan supports public learning and calculator access. Personal and Company plans are structured for saved work, all features and team access. Payment activation remains a separate production integration so no website should claim a completed payment before a verified gateway is connected.

05

Professional blog publishing system

The blog is a real database-backed content system rather than a hard-coded card grid. Administrators and editors can create drafts, upload a featured image, write long articles, control the slug, add card descriptions, set categories and complete SEO fields. Published posts appear automatically on the public blog and can be searched or filtered.

Administrators can update and permanently delete articles. Editors can create and update content but cannot permanently delete it. That permission boundary reduces accidental loss while keeping the editorial workflow practical.

06

Responsive, accessible and deployment-ready

The PHP interface is designed for desktop, tablet and mobile screens. Navigation, forms, unit selectors, pricing cards and admin tables include readable labels and keyboard-friendly controls. The PHP API validates input again on the server, uses prepared database statements and restricts protected actions by role.

The project includes a MySQL installer, environment configuration, local start scripts and production guidance. A developer can run the complete application on a desktop, then upload the same PHP package to standard PHP hosting without a frontend build step.
